I think there's something going on over here in Finland. Why, you might ask. Because a lot of adolescents have gone missing.
The article I read tells about this girl from Ruovesi who went missing over a week ago.
She was last seen at her school from where she had left in middle of class.
Now they say she was found in a place they had searched before, just in a spot they hadn't gone through. I mean, why wouldn't they look the whole place instead of leaving an area out?
The police couldn't find her passport after she went missing, so they figured she would try to cross the borders.
However, now that they've found her (dead), I don't know whether they found the passport of not. There was no mention about it.
It seems it's not a crime but they are still going to perform an autopsy to find out the cause of death.
I really wish it was nothing more than just another teenager tired of her life. Because the other option would be that there are even more murderers out there.
My little brother is devious. He told my mom he was going to a friend of his (male), so my mother took him there.
Instead of wanting a ride all the way over, he wanted to stop at a day care center. My mom was a bit amazed by this but did as he suggested nevertheless.
After she got back home, my little brother's friend called her (he always calls someone, even me sometimes, if he can't get in touch with my brother) and my mom realized my brother wasn't at his friend's.
Guess where he was? At a (girl) friend! It seems that my brother didn't want to tell my mom he was going to see a girl. I don't know if that was because my mom would think he's "dating", or just because ...
Who am I kidding? There's no other option. Is my little brother dating? I hope not, he's way too young for that!
Other than that, I've got nothing else to share.
I've watched three TV programs today: Flash Forward, which was exciting and things are getting interesting; The Vampire Diaries, which just came back from a winter break and is culminating fast; and a Finnish soap opera episode I missed yesterday.
The next episode is coming in 10 mins (from the time of writing) and in it many characters will leave the show! I hope they don't overdo it.
I've also watched YouTuve videos of various kinds. Communitychannel had uploaded a video and I liked her as I usually do. It was about packing for trips and these weird money pockets some people use because they think their money is safe in them.
I watched Shane's two new videos. One was a collaboration with a YouTube singer. They went to a mall and asked people what they thought about near-death- dieted models. The other was a basic-Shane making a fool of himself (I like when he does that, it's kind of funny).
Hotforwords explained from where the word amour comes from. I wasn't really interested in that word but the video was funny.
I watched Charlieiscoollike's three or five day old video which I stumbled upon. I'd try to spot him so I could point at him and shout "I FOUND YA" and get a pin. But I live too far away.
Instead of staying in the comedy section, I jumped into science! I didn't plan it but the thumbnail was too interesting! The video was about making a magnetic liquid. When you put a magnet in contact with the liquid, it turned into something similar to a spiky shell. Then you could move it and touch it and it would be all the same. Really intriguing.
Oh yeah, let's not forget RayWilliamJohnson's video. It was about this kid that jumps into a merry-go-round that's in motion and gets swung out right away. Then this other kids laughs at her. LOL. Then there's this redheaded boy that everybody picks on because of his red hair. He angsts a lot about his life and well, RWJ makes fun of him (as he makes fun of everyone).
And I did all this while I was supposed to be studying physics, maths, biology and social studies.
I'll have to study tomorrow. And that'll mean I won't be able to see my friend! Even I had promised I would do my homework in time. Guess I'm just a hopeless case.
I remembered something worth mentioning. We went to watch a musical play with our Finnish class. It was called "The Year -85" and it was really good. I won't get more into the plot since it was pretty long and a lots of things happened. Basically, it's a love story that doesn't end well. It's filled with known and some less-known Finnish songs and lots of humor!
Too bad I seem to not be able to relax in the theater. It's the second time that my mind does something else than concentrating on the stage in this kind of event.
Before the play we went to eat to Rax with my friends! We ate a lot, talked a lot and had a lot of fun! Go us!
I'm hopefully going to have another interesting video conversation with a friend tonight. I hope it won't be as weird as the first time!
Now, go and confess your feelings! You know you'll regret if you don't.
Buhbye darlings.
Aww your little brother has a girlfriend! How cute. ;D
