No worries, we'll show you a way to get you cash just in time. Just stay with us till the end!
I'd like to bring up an... well, an idea I heard about yesterday. It's called the "r u okay" day.
It's simple, suicide is the biggest killer of 13-24 aged youngsters. And why does this happen? Because they don't have anyone to talk to. We are always so busy, and when we ask "how are you", we don't expect to hear how that person really is. We are just being polite.
The point is to get everyone to have someone to talk to. You could save a life :)
And it's simple, just ask how your friends really are and be there if they want to open up!
The next thing, doesn't really go side to side with the "r u okay" day theme, we'll talk about is money.
There's no way to deny it: money is a big part of all of our lives. Without money you can't do anything. Which is a shame, really.
Not only that, but money is (I almost wrote is becoming, shame on me!) a status symbol. Those who have money brag about it, and those who don't, would kill for it.
I admit that there are always things I want to buy... a pretty shirt, a cool CD, that cool camera and the iPod Touch Ultra with 459Gb of memory!
However, I need to prioritize. My school books take out the first two, my monthly bus card takes out the third and the food I need for my long days takes out the fourth.
At this precise moment, I don't have money to buy xmas presents for my friends, and I have few birthday presents in line waiting.
I need a job, but where can I find one? With all the recession going on, who would take a stupid teenager to work for them? Maybe I should still try, you never know.
Now to other annoying things! You know when someone says "Hey, you know what...? There's this.. *giggle* never mind."
Lemme just say something. Feckers you :D Cause that's just so annoying that it makes me pull my hair! You don't do that! Never, ever! That's like saying to someone they won the lottery, and then telling that the jackpot was ten euro. Not fair.
Grrr. Annoying.
But then, there's always things that make you cheer up. For example (this is a true story :P) the following: I'm sitting in my facebook, doing nothing in special, when suddenly, and old friend of mine talks to me. He says, "Wanna go steady? I've decided to be gay." At this point I stare at the monitor in amusement. He goes on, "Really, I'm serious. I've been thinking that you're the best option." At this point I burst into laughs. Well that was random. Too random and too funny to even be miffed, these kind of things don't happen very often xD
In other words, surprises make your day!
Alright, a friend of mine came to me after I had published the first blog, asking if I meant her in a part of it.
I couldn't recall, but she was sure it was about her. I denied, since it was personal-crap-release-your-thoughts -kind of thing.
Soooo, let's talk about her now! Muahhahahaaa! Let's see, where to start...
We were to a trip together, she and some other girls (and one boy! that made two of us :( ) and we had a lot of fun, and some of us grew feelings into people that were left behind.
I didn't know about this until yesterday, but she had hinted it to me (but I'm a dumb-ass, how can I understand?)
Anyway, besides the point, now she's talking to this OTHER boy... She insisted to me for a long long time that they were just friends, and that she didn't have feelings for him, but then she began telling me how they spoke for hours. I guess that made the bells ring for her: she was falling! Oh no!
And then onto the next phase: unbelief! After denial comes unbelief, how ironic...
Enough about her. I doubt that anyone will come to me saying I wrote about them in my blog anymore, what a pity :D
The final topic is looming! Disappointments.
There are various kinds of these. Bigger, smaller, short, long... But what makes them all the same is how we react to them. There's almost no way to hide disappointment, it shows in our body language, in our facial expressions and voice tone.
What makes it even more frustrating is that it might take a long time to recover. Even short disappointments can last for months, let alone the long ones.
How do we get... disappointed? It can be something someone said, it can be something that someone did or even something you saw! Now, I've had a long long loving relationship with disappointments, and I've decided to sort 'em out.
The ones you see hurt the most at that precise moment. The ones you hear tear you apart inside for the longest time, and the ones that are done are perhaps the smallest, since you probably saw (heard) them coming.
And how to get up and start crawling towards safe and sound? Doing everyday things, having friends around. You grow a bit stronger with disappointments, but no one likes too much of 'em.
And forthwith to random last words. I had a funny conversation with a fan of my blog yesterday (you know who you are, biggest fan EVAH) and one thing led to another.... so I promised her I'll make the CD review of Lady Gaga!
Today, the normal daily paper came with a funny piece of brain exercise! Rebuses! Rebuses about countries and cities! They were soooo much fun to try and figure out. I spent various hours on it, and still missing some. The only bad side is that I'd need to know "famous" people and "famous" icons, of which I lack knowledge.
I miss my family :( We won't be together for Christmas, since they're abroad! Miss you sis and dad, if you read this :(
I like glogg! I like cake and pancakes. I like chocolate cakes! I loved candy. I'd kill for a semla or two!
Let's explain ourselves and our title! YOU DON'T NEED CASH FOR A FREE XMAS! Hahaa, I was devious and fooled you with my incredible knowledge of English and presuppositions! Ha.
But if you really want cash really fast.... dream on :)
